What payment options do you accept?
At this time, the only payment gateway we use is PayPal. We are exploring other options at this time, and will notify our clients when other payment options become available.

Do you allow adult content on your servers?
Provided the content is legal, Adult material is permitted on our servers. All content must conform to US law.

How long does it take for my account to be set up?
For security purposes, all accounts are pre screened for fraud. New accounts are typically set up within a few hours. Upon signing up, you will receive a welcome email detailing your new Name Servers and account info. Soon after you will receive another email containing your log in information.

Do you offer Telnet of SSH?
Due to Security reasons, we do not currently offer Telnet or SSH access for Shared or Reseller accounts. Files can be uploaded and unzipped via cPanel or FTP. Our support center can also run SSH or Telnet commands if required.

Can I host more then 1 domain / subdomain?
Yes, it is possible to host more then one domain or subdomain on your account. To host multiple domains that point to one site, use the "Park Domain" feature within cPanel. To host multiple domains that point to different accounts, use the "Add-on Domain" feature within cPanel.

How do I connect to my account by FTP?
CynPro Web is compatible with many different FTP clients. You will need to enter the following information into your FTP client to connect. The Host Name or IP Address you want to connect to (Sent to you in your welcome email), Your Username and Your Password.

I'm unable to connect to the server via FTP. What should I do?
If your FTP client cannot connect or list files, make sure that the client is set to use Passive (PASV) mode. Our firewalls and other security systems make this necessary, but unfortunately Passive mode is not a standard option enabled on most FTP clients.

You may also want to check that your computer or your ISP is not blocking FTP connections in any way. Not may ISP's do this, but a few select do.

How do I upgrade of downgrade my account?
Our Sales team needs to process your request in order to upgrade or downgrade your account. To get this in motion, send an email to billing@cynproweb.com requesting the change. We will notify you of any credits or charges in order to complete the request.

How do I cancel my account?
To cancel your account, contact billing@cynproweb.com and inform us of your request. We will need to verify your identity by asking a few security related questions. Once verified, we will proceede with deleting your account.

When I cancel my account, will I get a refund?
CynPro Web stands by our 30 day money back guarantee and will refund any payments made within 30 days of an account being activated. Domain name registrations are non refundable, however they remain in your control after your account has been canceled. If your domain name was registered free of charge by CynPro Web as part of a 6 month or 1 year hosting plan, the 30 day money back guarantee does not apply. No refund will be honored, however the domain name remains in your control.

Can CynPro Web transfer my existing account for me?
Yes we can! CynPro Web will be more then happy to assist you in transferring your account to our servers. This process is made much easier if you are currently hosted on a cPanel based server. Once you have opened an account, submit a support ticket.

How do I access my control panel?
To access your cPanel Control Panel, enter the following link into your web browser: http://yourdomain.com/cpanel

How do I transfer my domain name to CynPro Web?
Should you decide to transfer your domain name to CynPro Web, we would like to re-enforce the fact that the domain name is still yours. CynPro Web does nothing more then host the domain name on our servers for you.

In order to transfer the domain name, you need to contact the registrar with whom you registered the name through. You then need to log into your account, or contact the registrar via email and have them transfer the domain for you. This transfer usually takes between 24 and 48 hours

Do you offer SSL?
We offer both Shared SSL and Private SSL. Shared SSL is used by everyone on the server your site is located on. This is provided free of charge. Private SSL certificates can be purchased through CynPro Web at the rate of $85.00 per year. Our SSL Certificates are Comodo 128 Bit certificates. Should your require one, please contact sales@cynproweb.com with your domain name.
